Interestingly, our study revealed that buffalo–chufa (50%:50%, w/w) (F) had higher total solid (TS), fat protein contents compared control (CT). These parameters reached their highest values (CoF). Lactose, acetaldehyde pH lower F CT, while value observed (StF). Plain or flavored recorded petaldehyde values, improved melting resistance, (CiF). Na, K, Mg, Fe significantly F; however, Ca CT. general, used flavoring markedly increased mineral content A significant decrease properties whereas manufactured coca preferred over other types, followed by soluble coffee-flavored product (NF). Collectively, can be produced mixing (50:50 v/v). Buffalo—chufa nutritional but (control). clear improvement achieved using different materials. Cleary, provides novel interesting information about beneficial use Further similar recommended explore benefits supplementation chufa.
